How to report about the property damage at Diia?

For that in the Diia application or at the Diia portal, you need to switch into the section “Services” and choose the “Property damage” option. 

Then you need to provide information on the damaged property, such as: 

- Full name of the owner 

- Tax identification number 

- Contact details

- Information on the object, that was damaged

Currently, the government of Ukraine has launched to provide service eRecovery, which entails the granting of compensation for the recovery of certain categories of real estate. Such service is provided based on the report of property damage at the Diia portal. Moredetailed information on the procedure for receiving of such compensation may be obtained here.

The information could be submitted by the Ukrainian citizens, who are the owners of property damaged as of February 24, 2022, due to hostilities: 

- Private, manor, country, and summer houses

- Apartments

- Other residential premises, that have separate ownership title
