The right to compensation is provided. However, it is currently impossible to receive compensation from the State.
Obtaining the compensation would be possible only after adopting the methodology for determining damage and losses by the ministries.
This methodology has not yet been adopted (as of September 29).
After the adoption of the methodology, regional and city state administrations will be responsible for determining damage and losses.
