The Ministry of Digital Transformation, together with mobile operators, has launched the “Generator of the Connection” program. Under this initiative, generator owners who power mobile base stations during blackouts can receive financial compensation for each hour their generator operates.
Generator owners:
Stationary generators: The mobile operator will select the nearest base station for connection.
Mobile generators: You will need to provide a convenient address, and the operator will choose the nearest suitable base station.
Diesel generators:
Gasoline generators:
The compensation covers fuel costs and necessary maintenance of the generator.
The generator owner is responsible for:
Legal entities and entrepreneurs (FOP) under the general system or Group 3: taxes are paid independently based on income received under the contract, depending on the tax regime.
Individuals: taxes are paid by the mobile operator. The operator calculates and withholds personal income tax and the military levy.
If the generator is stationary, the operator will either turn it on automatically or notify you by phone.
If the generator is mobile, the operator will contact you by phone.
Connect your generator - help ensure stable communication for Ukrainians during blackouts.
