In 2026, inclusion in Ukraine is increasingly moving from mere declarations to concrete action — in HR policy, team management and corporate standards. This is precisely the focus of the "Ukrainian Business: Stronger with Inclusion!" initiative, implemented by EnableMe. The project helps employers to implement inclusive employment as part of a modern and effective business model.

The "Ukrainian Business: Stronger with Inclusion!" project combines labour market analysis, expert support for employers and practical tools for implementing inclusive solutions. Its focus is not only on employment, but also on the long-term integration of employees into work teams

What the initiative offers

Inclusion is viewed not as a separate social project, but as an everyday business practice. The aim is to create an environment in which people with disabilities and members of vulnerable groups can work to their full potential without facing physical, communication or organisational barriers.

The project combines:

  1. labour market analysis;
  2. expert support for employers;
  3. practical tools for implementing inclusive solutions;
  4. a focus on the long-term integration of employees into teams, rather than merely on securing employment.

For the PravoVsim platform, the partnership with EnableMe is a continuation of the work to create a barrier-free environment: from access to legal aid to supporting systemic social change.

The "Ukrainian Business: Stronger with Inclusion!" project demonstrates that inclusion can and must be part of the systemic changes that shape a sustainable society and a people-centred economy.

We previously reported on the launch of this initiative on the PravoVsim platform. Today, it is important to highlight its development as a practical tool for Ukrainian businesses and communities. We will continue to report on our partners’ initiatives that drive real change and reinforce the principles of equality, accessibility and respect for human rights in Ukraine.
