What are the conditions for IT-specialists to go abroad?

Conditions of departure

1. As booked employees:

• IT specialists booked in accordance with the law are eligible to travel abroad.
• Required documents:
• Extract from the decision of the Ministry of Economy on reservation.
• Certificate of deferment from conscription.
• Notification of enrolment in special military registration.

2. Other categories of persons:

• If the IT specialist belongs to one of the categories of men who have the right to leave during martial law (for example, men who support three or more children, are persons with disabilities, care for persons with disabilities, etc.)

Required documents for departure

• Passport of a citizen of Ukraine for traveling abroad.
• Documents confirming the grounds for traveling abroad (depending on the category).
• Other supporting documents that may be requested by the Border Guard Service.
