Legal consequences of the appearance of parents who have gone missing under special circumstances and whose child has been placed under guardianship.

1.1. After the establishment of the whereabouts of a person who disappeared without a trace under special circumstances, the search for them is terminated, and the corresponding status is revoked.

1.2. A child loses the status of a child deprived of parental care if the parents, who were recognized as missing under special circumstances, are found.

1.3. Custody of the child is terminated with the transfer of it to the new parents or one of them.
