Transfer of students to relocated educational institutions

The list of temporarily relocated institutions of higher education and professional pre-higher education under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine is available via the link.

Students of such institutions do not need to submit additional documents for transfer to the relocated educational institutions.

Transfer of students to a professional pre-higher education in another region

To do this, the student (parents or legal representatives) shall submit an application to the educational institution where he/she studied or to the Department of Education and Science of the Regional Military Administration (RMA).

The application shall specify:

a profession; and
an educational institution to which the student wants to transfer.

The application can be submitted in any way (via mail, messengers (Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp), etc.).

If it is not possible to submit an application to the educational institution or to the Department of Education and Science of the RMA, you can submit the application to the educational institution to which you plan to transfer or to the Department of Education and Science at its location.
