Obligatory registration of vehicles owned by legal entity at the military recruitment office.

Share

In accordance with the Regulation on Military Transport Duty, legal entities with vehicles on their balance sheets are required to submit information about these vehicles to the territorial recruitment and social support centers (TSC and SP).

Obligations of legal entities:

  • Submission of information: Legal entities must submit twice a year - by June 20 and December 20 - to the TCC and JV at the place of registration of the enterprise information on available vehicles, their technical condition and employees working on them.
  • Submission form: The information shall be submitted in the prescribed form determined by the Regulation on Military Transport Duty.

Responsibility for failure to submit information:

  • Administrative liability: Failure to submit or untimely submission of information is subject to a fine on company officials.
  • Restrictions on registration actions: Failure to submit information to the TCC and JV may make it impossible to re-register or deregister the legal entity's vehicles at the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Compliance with these requirements is mandatory for all legal entities, regardless of their form of ownership, in order to ensure proper registration of vehicles for the country's defense needs.
