  • Expenses for the management of an apartment building in which an apartment building co-owners association (ABO) or a housing construction (housing) co-operative has been established.
  • Expenditures on utilities in a building with a condominium or cooperative.

2. Subsidies for the purchase of fuel:

  • Liquefied gas.
  • Solid stove fuel.
  • Liquid household stove fuel.
  • This subsidy is provided once a year.

Important!

  • The amount of the subsidy is calculated as the difference between the cost of housing and communal services (within the established social standards) and the mandatory part of the payment determined for each family separately.
  • The calculation depends on the average monthly total household income per person.
  • The accommodation allowance for IDPs is not included in the total income for the purpose of calculating the subsidy.
