Internally displaced persons (IDPs) can seek medical care at any healthcare facility at their place of actual residence.
Procedure:
1. Select a healthcare facility:
Select the nearest healthcare facility providing primary healthcare (family doctor, general practitioner or paediatrician).
2. Apply to the facility:
Submit an application to the head physician of the institution with a request to register you at the place of actual residence.
3. Required document:
Present an IDP registration certificate to confirm your place of residence.
4. Choosing a doctor:
You have the right to choose a family doctor, general practitioner or paediatrician in your place of residence. The doctor must sign a health care declaration with you.
