When does a company stop paying the average salary to a conscripted employee if he or she is deceased?

- Payment ceases on the day after the employee's death. This is due to his exclusion from the lists of military personnel, which occurs on the day after death.
- Until July 18, 2022, the employer was obliged to maintain the average earnings for employees called up for military service. After this date, with the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine on Optimization of Labor Relations, the payment of average earnings is no longer made.
