Who can get a preferential mortgage loan?

1. Concessional mortgage with a 3% interest rate

Citizens of Ukraine who meet the following conditions are eligible:

• Age:
• Not younger than 18 years old and not older than 70 years old on the date of loan repayment.
• Categories:
• Military personnel.
• Medical workers.
• Teachers.
• Educators and scientists.
• Housing conditions:
• Do not own their own home.
• Own a dwelling of less than 52.5 m² per person plus 21 m² for each additional family member.
• Own housing in the area of hostilities or on the territory temporarily not controlled by the Government of Ukraine.
• Other conditions:
• Do not participate in other government housing programmes.
• They have proven solvency.
• Do not appear on sanctions lists.

2. Concessional mortgage with a 7% interest rate

The following categories of citizens are eligible:

• War veterans and their families:
• Participants in hostilities.
• Persons with disabilities caused by war.
• Family members of deceased war veterans.
• Family members of fallen (deceased) Defenders of Ukraine.
• Other citizens:
• Do not own their own housing.
• Own a dwelling of less than 52.5 m² for a family of one person + 21 m² for each family member.
• Own a property located in the temporarily occupied territory.
