Yes.
At the same time, there are currently some restrictions.
It is impossible to buy and sell housing that is listed as non-Government-controlled areas, which are included in the relevant list.
Additionally, only notaries who are included in the relevant list can certify contracts of sale of real estate (see List of notaries as of 27.10.2022).
