Under what circumstances can PiH status be revoked?

A PiH can lose the status if they are convicted by a court of a grave or especially grave intentional war crime committed during hostilities, or if it is proven that forged documents were used to obtain the status. The same commission that granted the status makes the decision, with mandatory written notification and the right to appeal.
