An employment contract with non-fixed working hours may be terminated under the following conditions:

1) General grounds: In accordance with the labour legislation of Ukraine, in particular:

  • Agreement of the parties;
  • Expiration of the contract term;
  • Termination at the initiative of the employee or the employer;
  • Other grounds provided for by law.

2) Additional grounds: The employment agreement itself may provide for additional conditions for its termination related to:

  • The employee's abilities or behaviour;
  • Material or technical grounds.
