Can I apply for Ye-Malyatko (e-Baby) through Diia?

"Ye-Malatko" is a comprehensive service that allows you, through a single application, to perform the basic services of state registration of a child's birth and determination of the child's origin, as well as choose additional services such as:  

1.              Assignment of birth assistance. 

2.              Assigning a tax identification number to the child (RNKOPP).   

3.              Assigning a unique record number to a child in the State Demographic Register (SDR).  

4.              Determination of a child's citizenship of Ukraine.

5.              Registration of the child's place of residence.

6.              Provision of assistance for children being raised in large families.

7.              Entering information about the child into the patient registry.  

8.              Payment of monetary compensation for the baby's package.

9.              Issuing a certificate of parents of a large family and a child from a large family.  

 

To receive the service through the Diia app it would be necessary to:

- register or log in to Citizen's Profile using a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) or Diia.Signature.

- have information about the number of the medical report on birth.

 

To carry out the state registration of a child, the following steps need to be taken:  

1.  Fill out the online form and select the additional services that you want to use. 

2.  Sign the application with an electronic signature.

 

It should be specifically emphasized that in case of a child being born in a territory temporarily not under the control of the country's government, to obtain a birth certificate for the child, you need to obtain a court decision confirming the fact of the child's birth and submit an application through the Diia portal.  

 

Attention!

You will not be able to order the service online if:   

- your child already has a birth certificate  

- you were issued an old-style medical birth certificate at the Maternity Hospital (form 103/O) 

- the child was born outside a medical facility  

- the baby was born outside Ukraine

- one of the child's parents is a citizen of another country

- the marriage between father and mother was concluded in another country.
