If two houses at the same address are destroyed, how to receive compensation?

Submission of an application for compensation for a destroyed house is based on information about real estate objects in the state register (DRRPNM). If the register contains several buildings with the same address, this will not allow to submit the application for compensation for all buildings at this address.

To submit a corresponding application, it will be necessary to change the address of one of the buildings.

The specified change can be made by applying to the court to establish the fact of duplication of address and change of address.

After receiving the court decision, it shall be submitted to local self-government bodies (through TsNAP) for appropriate registration, as well as to registration bodies (state registrar) for making changes to the state register.

After the relevant registration, it will be possible to apply for compensation.
