If two houses at the same address are destroyed, how to receive compensation?

Share

If several houses are registered in the State Register of Real Estate (SRRE) at the same address, this may create obstacles to applying for compensation for each house separately. In this case, you need to change the address of one of the houses.

Procedure:

1. Filing an application with the court:

  • Apply to the court to establish the fact of duplicate address and the need to change the address of one of the houses.
  • After consideration, the court issues a decision to change the address.

2. Change of address in local authorities:

  • Submit the court decision to the relevant local authority (through the ASC) to register a new address.
  • The updated information is entered into the local community registers.

3. Update information in the state register:

  • Apply to the state registrar to make changes to the SFRNM.
  • The documents provided should include a court decision and confirmation from the local government of the change of address.

4. Submitting an application for compensation:

  • After the changes are made to the register, each house will have a separate address, which will allow you to apply for compensation for each property.

Important: Make sure that the ownership documents for each house are up-to-date and contained in the state register.
