What is the minimum guaranteed amount of alimony per child?

In Ukraine, the minimum guaranteed amount of alimony for one child is at least 50% of the subsistence minimum for the child’s respective age group.
- As of 2024, the subsistence minimum is set as follows:
- For children under 6 years old: 2,563 UAH.
- For children from 6 to 18 years old: 3,196 UAH.
- Therefore, the minimum guaranteed amount of alimony is:
- For children under 6 years old: 1,281.50 UAH.
- For children from 6 to 18 years old: 1,598 UAH.
