Deferment from mobilization is granted to students who:

1. Study full-time at:

  • Vocational (professional-technical) education institutions;
  • Institutions of professional pre-higher education;
  • Higher education institutions.

2. Are pursuing a second or subsequent higher education, but only if enrolled in a full-time program.

3. Are full-time postgraduate (PhD) or doctoral students.

Proof of the right to deferment:

  • A certificate from the educational institution confirming the person’s status as a student, postgraduate, or doctoral student.
  • This document must be submitted to the Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center (TRC).

Important:

  • The deferment is valid only for the duration of studies. Once studies are completed, the student may be subject to mobilization.
