How is the amount of compensation for a destroyed object of real estate determined?

The amount of compensation is determined for each recipient and each destroyed object separately, based on the total area of the destroyed object and the cost of 1 square meter of its area.
The determination of the value of 1 square meter of the area of the destroyed object of real property is carried out in accordance with the procedure established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the Procedure for providing compensation for destroyed objects of immovable property.
