How to get compensation for a destroyed home if it belongs to several co-owners?

If the destroyed object is co-owned, an application for compensation for the destroyed object can be submitted by each co-owner separately or by one of the co-owners of such an object.

An application submitted by one of the co-owners is considered submitted by all co-owners in the event of the consent of all co-owners (consent is issued by a notary public or confirmed through "Diya").

The amount of compensation for a destroyed object of immovable property, which is jointly owned by two or more recipients of compensation, is determined in proportion to the size of the share belonging to the respective co-owner.
