What is the procedure of travelling abroad for volunteers?

It is permitted to cross the border by the drivers, who are carrying the medical goods, humanitarian aid goods by motor vehicle transport for the needs of: 

- Armed forces of Ukraine;

- Other military formations, created according to the law; 

- The population of Ukraine. 

Such persons going abroad is performed if there is a decision on travelling outside regarding the person and the presence of information in the system “Shlyakh”. 

Such decision is being taken by the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine or region and Kyiv city military administrations. 

The decision is taken in the basis of letters from:

- Military or law enforcement authorities.

- Military administrations.

- Medical institutions.

- Senders or recipients of humanitarian aid.

Important!

The permission on staying abroad is granted for not more that 30 days. The decision on travelling outside, that is granting an opportunity to cross border, is taken for the term that does not exceed 6 months.
