What is the procedure of travelling abroad for volunteers?

1. Who has the right to leave:
Drivers who transport medical supplies or humanitarian aid for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other military formations or the population of Ukraine.
2. Conditions of departure:
A decision to leave Ukraine.
Entering information about the person into the Shlyakh information system.
3. The procedure for obtaining a permit:
Application: Military or law enforcement agencies, military administrations, medical institutions, senders or recipients of humanitarian aid submit a letter of application to the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine or regional (Kyiv city) military administrations.
Consideration: The relevant authority considers the request and makes a decision on granting permission to leave.
Entering into the Shlyakh system: After a positive decision is made, the driver's information is entered into the Shlyakh system.
4. Duration of stay abroad:
A permit for staying abroad is granted for no more than 30 days.
The decision to leave Ukraine is valid for the period determined by the relevant authority, but not more than six months.
Important:
In case of exceeding the established period of stay abroad, the relevant authority may cancel the decision to leave within 7 days from the moment the violation is recorded.
