For children under 16 years old:

  • Exit is allowed only when accompanied by:
  • Parents.
  • Guardians or caretakers.
  • Other individuals with a notarized permission from the parents or legal representatives.
  • Necessary documents:
  • Child's passport (ID card) or birth certificate.
  • Foreign passport.
  • Exit permit (if the child is traveling with third parties).

For children 16 years and older:

  • Exit is allowed without accompaniment:
  • With a Ukrainian citizen's passport and a foreign passport.
  • No additional permits or accompaniment are required.
