The process of applying for compensation:

1. Deadline for submission: The application must be submitted no later than 5 days after the end of the month for which the compensation is accrued.

2. Place of submission: The application should be submitted to the executive body of the village, town, city council, district state administration in Kyiv, or the relevant military administration at the location of the residential premises.

The format of the application:

● Paper form: The application shall be submitted in paper form with information about yourself and each of the placed persons, with the presentation of supporting documents.

● Electronic form: The application may be submitted electronically to the address specified by the executive body, with scanned copies of the relevant documents attached.

An important condition for receiving compensation:

● No debt for utilities: Compensation is granted on condition that the owner of the residential premises does not have any debts for housing and communal services. The owner must confirm the absence of arrears by signing the application for compensation.
