These persons receive free treatment and medicines, free dental prosthetics, free sanatorium care, annual medical examinations, the right to continue military medical care, increases in pensions or social assistance (50%, 40% or 30% of the subsistence minimum depending on the disability group), one‑time financial assistance on Independence Day, and substantial one‑time insurance payments scaled by disability group (400, 300 or 250 times the subsistence minimum). They also receive increased pensions (650%, 525% or 360% of the minimum wage depending on the group), full discounts on rent, utilities and heating fuel, priority housing allocation, assistance with construction and land plots, concessional loans and free housing repairs etc.
