What benefits are provided to persons with special merits to the Motherland?

Holders receive the broadest package of benefits: priority free medical care for themselves and family members (including free medicines and rehabilitation devices); free sanatorium treatment; a supplement to their pension or lifetime allowance equal to 70% of the subsistence minimum; annual and monthly payments; priority improvement of housing conditions (additional living space, free overhaul and loans); preferential employment and education rights; and free burial with military honours and installation of a standard tombstone etc.
