What grounds are necessary for deprivation of parental rights?

According to Article 164, deprivation of parental rights occurs in the event of:
- leaving a child in a maternity hospital or other institution without good reason;
- evading the upbringing and education of a child;
- cruel treatment, violence;
- chronic alcoholism, drug addiction;
- exploitation, coercion to beg;
- conviction for committing an intentional criminal offense against a child.
