What documents are required for deprivation of parental rights?

- child's birth certificate;
- evidence of improper performance of parental duties;
- documents on the health and material and living conditions of the child;
- certificates of parents' income;
- other documents depending on the grounds for deprivation of rights.
The list of documents must confirm the circumstances on which the claim is based.
