What is the difference between withdrawal and exemption from military registration?

Share

Withdrawal from military registration is a change of location or registration list of the territorial centre of recruitment and social support.

Withdrawal from military registration does not mean release from the status of conscript, recruit or reservist. The person is only registered in another place.

Instead, "exemption from military registration" means that a person no longer has the status of conscript/recruit or reservist and is not entitled to be mobilized. This category primarily includes persons who have reached the age of 60 (65 years for officers) or have been recognized by the military medical commission as non-effective for military service due to their health.
