How to change the place of registration of residence under martial law?

It is possible to change the place of registration of residence during martial law, but the location must be considered.

The military command together with the military administrations (if they are formed) independently or with the involvement of executive authorities, the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, and local self-government bodies can make a decision to introduce of prohibition or restriction on the choice of the place of stay or residence of individuals.

That is, military administrations can decide to prohibit the registration of a person's place of residence in a specific region.
