Renewal procedure
1. Filing an application:
- To reinstate a court order or enforcement document, an application must be filed with the court that heard the case and issued the document.
2. Additional documents:
- The application must be accompanied by a receipt of payment of the court fee for issuing a duplicate.
Requirements for a duplicate
- The duplicate document must fully correspond to the content of the original document and have the same legal effect.
Court fees
- As of 11 December 2024, the court fee for issuing a duplicate is UAH 151.40.
- This amount is determined as 0.05 of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons, which is UAH 3,028 as of 1 January 2024.
- It is recommended that you check the current amount of the fee on the official website of the judiciary or directly with the court before paying it.
Timeframe for consideration
- Once an application is filed, the court considers it within the time limits set by law. It is recommended to check the duration of the procedure with the court to which the application is filed.
