How does the employer inform the conscript employee that he/she is reserved?

Upon receipt of the decision of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine on the reservation, the employer issues an extract from this decision to the person liable for military service in the prescribed form.

This extract is certified by the signature of the head and the seal of the enterprise (if any) and is a document confirming the granting of a deferment from conscription. A person liable for military service receives an extract against his or her signature in the register of issuance of special military registration forms.

Within five days from the date of issuance of the extract, the employer sends a notice of reservation in the prescribed form to the territorial recruitment and social support center (TSC and SP) where the person liable for military service is registered.
