How is the decision on the reservation of conscripts made?

1. Approval of proposals regarding the reservation of conscripts by the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.

2. Forwarding of agreed proposals to the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.

3. Issuance of an order by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine to grant employees a postponement from military service for a period that cannot exceed 6 months.

A copy of this order is sent to the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, which in the future provides this information to the territorial recruitment and social support centers, where these employees are on military record.

Also, the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine transfers a copy of the order to the state authority that submitted the proposal for the reservation of the employee for approval, and this authority, in turn, transfers it to the employer for further delivery to the employee.
