How can I confirm my work experience for a pension if my employer is located in the non-government controlled area?

The following documents can be used to confirm work experience in such circumstances:

1. Use of the register of insured persons:

● Verification of data in the register of insured persons of the State Register of Compulsory State Social Insurance.

2. Documentation from the place of work:

● Extracts or certificates based on information from enterprise information systems.

● Extracts from orders, personal accounts, and payroll statements.

● Certificates, certifications, written employment contracts and agreements with execution marks.

3. Testimonials from colleagues:

● If the documentation is lost or unavailable, the length of service can be confirmed by the testimony of at least two witnesses.

● The witnesses must be people who worked with the applicant and can confirm his or her employment with their documents for the same period.

Request for confirmation:

● An application for confirmation of length of service, together with all documents or evidence, should be submitted to the territorial office of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
