How to obtain information from the State Register of Proprietary Rights to Real Property in Diia?

To obtain information from the State Register of Proprietary Rights to Real Property, you will need an electronic signature, BankID or Diia.Signature.

Next, you will have to do the following:

1. Register or log in to a citizen’s office 
2. Verify your personal details in the user profile and update them if necessary
3. Select the “Provision of Information from the State Register of Proprietary Rights to Real Property” service;
4. Fill out an online form, specifying the search criteria by which you wish to obtain information from the register (last name and first name, passport series and number, property address, registration number and cadastral number under which you wish to obtain information from the State Register of Proprietary Rights to Real Property); and
5. Pay an administrative fee (UAH 30, but may vary depending on the amount of information).

Once your request is processed, you will receive information from the register in a PDF format, which will be available in the Services — Received Documents section.
