How to get a decision of a court that is in the war zone/non-government-controlled area?

Algorithm of actions:
1. Check the location of the court:
- During the period of martial law, courts located in non-government controlled areas or in the area of hostilities may change their location.
- Information on the current location of courts can be found:
- On the official website of the judiciary of Ukraine.
- In the section on the relocation of courts to the government-controlled territory, follow the relevant links.
2. Applying to the court:
- Once you have found out the new location of the court, contact the clerk's office or information department to request a copy of the judgement.
3. Submitting a request:
- Submit a request for a decision in person, by mail or through the Electronic Court System (if you are registered with it).
- Please attach the following information to your request:
- Case number.
- Your personal data (full name, case identifier).
- Contact details to receive a response.
4. Receiving the decision:
- A copy of the judgement will be issued in person, sent by post or made available through the Electronic Court (if available).
Important:
- It is recommended to clarify the procedure for applying to a particular court, as it may depend on technical capabilities and the security situation.
