How to get online assistance with consular matters?

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), with the support of one of Europe's largest cryptocurrency exchanges, WhiteBIT, has launched a chatbot to assist Ukrainians worldwide.
The chatbot is capable of serving multiple users simultaneously and providing consultation on the most common inquiries, including:
- Entry requirements for foreign countries.
- Procedures for obtaining temporary protection, social security, repatriation to Ukraine, consular services, and more.
In addition to the chatbot, citizens can also contact the call center at +38 (044) 224-57-20.
