Hot to get an electronic sick leave certificate?

First, you need to attend the doctor, who would conduct a medical examination and prescribe the treatment. In case, if due to your health conditions you need to take a sick leave, the doctor would issue an electronic medical report.

You would receive SMS with 16-digits number of your electronic medical report.

Based on such report, your electronic sick leave certificate would be created in the Electronic register of the sick leave certificates. 

You may check your sick leave certificates on the Portal of Electronic Services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
