How to make an internally displaced person (IDP) certificate at Diia?

For the beginning, you need to get an eSupport card in one of the banks (Privat Bank, Monobank, Alfa Bank, Raiffeisen, UkrSibBank).

After that in the Diia application you need to switch into the section “Services” and choose the “Obtaining an IDP status” option, choose the city that you're currently at and confirm your location. 

After that, you need to provide the eSupport card number on which you would like to get the financial support. In this stage, your application would be concluded.
