The program "Ticket of first arrival from Ukraine" gives the right to free travel in the first 24 hours on rail transport and public transport in Vienna after entering Austria (or from the date of its issue). The ticket can be issued by the conductors of the trains on which you arrived in Vienna. When arriving in Austria by other means of transport, a one-time ticket can only be issued at Vienna Central Station (at the entrance to the Sonnwendgasse station) and Graz Central Station (at the ÖBB Tourist Center).
