NGO "Prague Maidan" distributes food kits to those in need, conducts training, particularly in the Czech language, prepares teenagers for entry into Czech educational institutions, and helps to find housing and work. Assistance and support centre "Mriya" ("MRIYA UA") helps to find housing and provides humanitarian assistance, warm meals, informational support, and medical and psychological assistance. The Center for Humanitarian Aid is located at Kozácká 205/12, 101 00 Prague 10 – Vršovice.

In the Czech Republic, the centre of SE "Document" operates at the address: Prague, Náměstí Republiky 656/8 (OC Kotva). In this centre, Ukrainians can obtain a passport of a citizen of Ukraine (ID card) and a foreign passport, as well as exchange a driver's license. Working hours: Mon-Sat from 09:00 to 18:00.
