Conditions for doing business as a private entrepreneur

To carry out business activities as a private entrepreneur, you need to have the following documents:

- a document confirming identity;

- a document establishing the compliance of the qualification and the implementation of the activities that will be carried out by a private entrepreneur;

- a type D business visa (long-term visa that allows you to carry out business activities on the territory of Italy); and

- a residence permit.
