Citizens of Ukraine who have received temporary protection have the same status as citizens of any other third country holding a residence permit in Estonia. A third-country citizen with a residence permit in Estonia is allowed to stay in another Schengen Zone country for up to 90 days within a 180-day period (keep in mind that not all EU countries are part of the Schengen Zone).
If you have obtained temporary protection in Estonia, you can temporarily leave Estonia without notifying the local authorities. However, if you leave Estonia permanently, you should inform both the local self-government and the Police and Border Guard Board about it.
