After establishing the fact of death, it is necessary to apply for a declaration of death to the civil status registration authorities, which must be applied no later than three days from the date of death or discovery of the body, and in case of impossibility of obtaining medical death certificate, paramedic death certificate, the application should be submitted no later than five days.
