Ways of getting the birth certificate.

1. Online through the "eMalyatko" system:

• Submitting an application through the Diia portal.
• Using the web portal of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

1. Applying to the Civil Registry Office:

• During martial law, you can apply to any working registry office, regardless of your place of residence.

1. The eBaby service in the maternity hospital:

• The ability to contact the administrator of the eBaby service directly at the maternity hospital where the child was born.

1. Through the Administrative Service Center (ASC):

• Providing the "eBaby" service through the ASC to obtain a certificate.

Required documents:

• For parents:
• Passports of both parents (or one of them).
• Marriage certificate (if the marriage was registered by a competent authority of a foreign country).
• If the passport of one of the parents is missing, his/her information is indicated on the basis of the marriage certificate.
• For applicants who are not parents:
• The applicant's passport.

Important:

The absence of a passport of one of the parents is not a reason for refusing to register the birth of a child.
