How much does a divorce cost in 2025?

The fee for filing a divorce action is set forth in the Law on Court Fees. In accordance with Article 4 of the above law, in 2025, a fee of 0.4 times the subsistence minimum per able-bodied person, i.e. UAH 1,211.20, will be charged for divorce proceedings.
