What should IDPs do if they lose their registration certificate?

If an internally displaced person (IDP) has lost or damaged his/her registration certificate, he/she can obtain a duplicate of this certificate free of charge. To do this, you need to submit an application to the authority that issues these certificates. The application must be submitted by the person in whose name the certificate was issued.
