Temporary state assistance is granted to a child if one of the parents is evading alimony payments, is unable to support the child, or if the parent's whereabouts are unknown.
The amount of this assistance is calculated as the difference between 100% of the minimum subsistence level for a child of the corresponding age and the average monthly family income per person for the previous six months, but not less than 50% of the minimum subsistence level for a child of the corresponding age.
Note: The amount of assistance is reviewed in the case of changes in the minimum subsistence level or family income.
