Residence based on a special long-term visa

Residence based on a special long-term visa - a special temporary protection visa for citizens of Ukraine.

If you do not meet the conditions of temporary protection and cannot return to Ukraine or another country, you can apply for a tolerance visa (for a residence of more than 90 days) at the OAMP MV department.

Holders of this visa are not members of the state health insurance. They also do not have the right to apply for humanitarian aid and do not receive any additional assistance. At the same time, this visa does not give the right to free labour market access. Therefore, to obtain an employment permit, it is necessary to contact one of the branches of the State Employment Service.



The validity period of this visa is automatically extended until 31.03.2024.
