Temporary protection status can be obtained by:

People who fled Ukraine may be granted temporary protection for one year. The protection permit can be extended.

After the expiration of three years from the date of obtaining temporary protection, you can obtain a temporary residence permit, which provides grounds for further obtaining a permanent residence permit. After 5 years of residence in the country with a temporary residence permit, you can apply for a permanent residence permit.
